TMA Solutions cần tuyển QC fresher và experienced

Công ty TMA đang cần tuyển 20 QC làm việc lại Lab 6, Công viên phần mềm Quang Trung. Các bạn mới ra trường hay đã có kinh nghiệm đều có thể apply được. Mình có Job Description ở bên dưới cho QC experience, nhưng tất cả level đều có thể apply với yêu cầu cơ bản như sau

Yêu cầu:
- Có kiến thức về testing (biết ISTQB là 1 lợi thế), SQL query, Software Development Life-cycle
- Có kinh nghiệm về test Web Applications/ Window Applications/ Web Services
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc Automation, JMeter, SoapUI
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với mô hình Agile
- Quan trọng: Tiếng Anh phải tốt, do môi trường làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng nước ngoài nên cần kỹ năng nghe, nói, viết.

Job Description:
• Analyze functional design and feature requirements
• Discuss with BA/developer for any gaps or issues during testing phase.
• Liaise with internal teams (Configuration Manager, Java Release Managers) to identify system requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Develop and maintain script, prepare data pool for automation testing
• Perform functional, sanity, regression, system and performance testing
• Gather, analyze the test logs, report issues to the customer
• Mentor new grad or less testing experience members

Required technical skills:
• Outstanding English communication (writing/listening/speaking)
• Proven work experience in software development life cycle
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Solid knowledge of SQL and automation scripting
• Experience in Web Client/Server (Front-End and Back-End) testing
• Experience in Web Services/XML testing (using Jmeter, SoapUI)
• Experience in Standalone (Windows) Application and Web Application
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• [As a plus]: Performance/load and security testing for Web Applications
• [As a plus]: Knowledge about fund management, stock and share

Other requirements:
• Outstanding verbal English communication skills
• Quick reading and analyzing English documents
• Good sense of teamwork and high responsibility
• Capable of working under high pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined
• Can work on Quang Trung Software Center

Education:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
