Quality Assurance


We are looking for a well-organized, disciplined, accountable, committed, focused, self-motivated quality
assurance to join an accomplished team in building solutions that help businesses be more efficient. Your
projects will be mainly in, but not limited to, ERP and Data Analytics areas.

Job Description

 Be responsible for ensuring the product or service meets the established standards of quality
including reliability, usability and performance.

Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:

 Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases against our software
platforms based on the analysis of requirements, user stories, use cases, and technical design
specifications.
 Work closely with other team members such as business analysts, support teams, and software
developers to deliver the high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
 Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
 Ensure coverage of the software requirements through traceability.
 Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
 Work with software engineers to resolve software bugs and issues.
 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality processes.
 Successfully monitor and track system defect resolutions efforts in a timely manner.
 Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
 Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
 Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
 3+ years of work experience
 Experience in SQL (T-SQL) Scripts for data validation
 Experience with Agile Scrum is a must
 Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
 Strong hands-on experience about software product testing and planning
 Excellent data collection, management and analysis skills
 Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment
 Excellent at problem analysis and problem solving
 Customer service orientation
 Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
